I am sorry that your client cancelled, however, I must tell you that you did a fantastic job for him. He would have have made one of the best deals in Portofino Towers since Pre-Construction prices... You helped him achieve a wonderful purchase and surely a wonderful investments, most units in Portofino are selling at a much higher prices.

Although we lost this particular contract, the one who lost the most was him. I appreciate all your efforts, you were superb, I would feel very confident with you on my side of the purchase, the truth is I would have been killed by so many of my friends/Unit owners who would felt that I had such a bad deal. They would have felt that I had betrayed their valuable Portofino. 

So in retrospect it all worked out for the best. I sold way to low simply because you fought so diligently for your client. He is the one I fell sorry for. Big Mistake... He should have been celebrating a wonderful coup, and giving you a huge bonus for your wonderful representation.

I look forward to dealing with you in the future. I just hope I will be as "good" as you are. My unit is always open to you and any prospects you may have. Please be more gentle next time.

I know you are sorry for us losing this deal and we both will loose a bit of income, but in the big picture that's our business. As for your client, I suppose he just did not do his homework and realize what a mistake he has made. You on the other hand should be proud of yourself. I am actually afraid of you now. Ha Ha...
