about putting your clients first. And this means listening to
them, responding quickly to their needs and wants, and putting
your team and professional network to work for them. This
"client first" philosophy has always been my approach to real
estate, so I was a little surprised when I started using the
latest technologies and found that they actually enable me to
provide even more personalized service to my clients. These
rapidly changing technologies -- many involving the Internet
-- help me to be more productive and accessible; they enable
me to provide the very latest information; and they make it
possible to expose homes more effectively within the market.
So while technology can never replace one-on-one personal
service to my clients during such a big transition in their
lives, it does help me provide for their needs more quickly
and efficiently than ever before.
